With the money raised from ‘Dodentocht 2019’, HaKiTa supported two students from Rockland school. We payed for the school fees for one year for Francis (11 years old) and Lilian (11 years old).
Francis only has his grandparents. His parents left him there after they broke up. The grandparents are getting old now and are having difficulties to find money to pay for school fees.
Lilian has lost her father and her mother has HIV. It is very difficult for her mother to make money and to be able to pay for school fees.
We are happy that, thanks to the support of all who donated, we are able to help these great students and their families.
